Memory care at home

Calm, patient support for Alzheimer's and memory loss. Across the Greater Phoenix area.

In-home memory care helps a person living with Alzheimer's or other memory loss stay safely at home, with calm routines, supervision and patient help with daily life. Aging Well Care provides it across Greater Phoenix, guided by a Registered Nurse.

Familiar surroundings matter more as memory fades. Our caregivers work with the routine your loved one already knows, meet confusion with patience, and keep the family updated as needs change.

How it starts

Call (480) 582-9898 or book a free consultation. We come to you, listen and build a plan together, then match a background-checked, drug-tested caregiver your loved one will be glad to see. The plan is guided by a Registered Nurse and adjusted as needs change. No contract required, cancel any time, and no hourly minimum. From the first visit, you are family.

Questions families ask

Can someone with memory loss keep living at home?

Often, yes, with the right support. At the free consultation we will talk honestly about safety and what level of care would make home work.

Do you help with late-day confusion, sometimes called sundowning?

Yes. Caregivers plan the afternoon and evening around calm routines and redirect gently when restlessness or confusion sets in.

Can care grow as memory loss progresses?

Yes. Many families start with a few hours and move to overnight or 24/7 care later. The plan changes with your loved one.
